Brett Kristjanson - President
Brett was one of the creators of BHK in 2009, and stayed in the Parksville/Qualicum area to establish and promote the company. In January of 2013, Brett moved to Victoria to expand BHK, leaving the Parksville/Qualicum area in the very capable hands of Sean. He has been flying planes for aerial photography since 2007, is a certified VPIX photographer and is certified by the CNAREA to measure houses.
John Sandiford - Vice-President
John achieved one of the highest levels of sales as a Real Estate Agent. First at RE/Max and then at Royal Lepage with the Diamond award (Top 3% in Canada) over a period of 22 years. He brings his extensive Real Estate knowledge and business expertise to BHK.
Teresa Sandiford - Director, Sales and Marketing
Teresa has spent the last 12 years successfully selling Real Estate, achieving the Diamond Award multiple times (top 3% sales in Canada for Royal LePage). She brings her extensive property marketing and sales experience to BHK and also gives invaluable feedback from the perspective of the Real Estate Agent. This feedback is used by BHK to make an Agent’s job easier so they can focus on what they do best - sell, sell, sell.
Sean Grayston - Regional Manager of Central Vancouver Island
Sean started out with BHK in 2009, helping Brett get things off the ground. In 2010, Sean left BHK to return to school to finish his Economics degree. After graduating, Sean returned to BHK in 2013 to manage the Mid-Island region. Sean is CNAREA certified, well-experienced in VPIX virtual tours, and skilled in interior/exterior photography.
Kim Davis - Virtual Assistant
Kim came on board with BHK in 2013. She began by researching social media, webpages, and other online marketing options and quickly discovered this was an untapped niche. This research led to the startup of BHK's Virtual Assistant Services. Her combined previous experience as a Real Estate Agent’s assistant along with her social media, webpages, and other online marketing expertise gives you the virtual assistant you need without having to provide an office. She is reliable, prompt, and polite and will turn the work around quickly and efficiently.
